Generally Old Sarges Jerky Hut ships via UPS ground, however, under certain circumstances (e.g., heavy shipment), we may elect to use another carrier. In most cases you will receive your order between 5-10 working days.
For International shipping charges (non-Continental United States locations), extra shipping charges do not apply to APO/FPO addresses. APO/FOP is considered USPS domestic mail.
RETURNS / REFUND POLICY
We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully. All sales are final. However, if the goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations and replace the product under the applicable laws.
